Accelerating the Learning Curve: Entrepreneur Uses Cogi to Get the Most Out of His Enterprise Sales Team

When Calvin Froedge, Founder of Creative Logic Media www.creativelogicmedia.com, was looking for a way to increase his sales team’s performance he turned to Cogi. Creative Logic Media provides custom web development with services ranging from web design and search engine optimization to internet business consulting. “Because I sell an enterprise level service it’s hard to just bring on new sales people and not run the risk of wasting sales leads”, Calvin explains.


In a time when every business lead counts how do you ensure that your new sales representatives are performing their best?  Because the majority of his sales opportunities begin with a phone conversation Calvin wanted to be able to coach his representatives on those calls. However there was no way to be on every call his sales team made, nor did he want to make them sit there with him on a conference phone.

With the Cogi software Calvin now has all of his new agents record their sales calls. He then goes back in later, reviews those calls and highlights the sections where the presentation went well and where it could be improved making notes in Cogi next to those highlights.  With Cogi his new sales representatives can not only hear their own presentations but have specific feedback and coaching on where to improve.
